Initial Consultation
I offer a complimentary initial consultation to all potential families to make sure that we will be comfortable working together.
Prenatal Support
After the initial consult and signing of contract, we will have 1 or 2 prenatal meetings to discuss any questions regarding birth, your specific wishes, concerns etc..
Labor and Birth Support
I consider myself on-call beginning 37 weeks gestation. I will be available to you for questions or concerns via email or text after signing of contract. We will discuss “when to call” situations during prenatal meetings.

During Labor
I will help with natural pain management options and guidance during labor in the form of birthing positions, counter pressure, hip squeeze, the use of a rebozo, essential oils (when requested), and so much more!
Initial Postpartum Support
In general, I will stay with you for an hour after birth for immediate postpartum support and for any initial concerns regarding breastfeeding.
Postpartum follow-up visits
I will be available to you for 1 or 2 postpartum visits to help you adjust to motherhood, usually within the first 2 weeks. During this time I can help with any concerns you have about yourself or baby. I can also help with small home tasks i.e. meal prep, general cleaning, running errands.
Placenta Preparation Services
I can provide placenta encapsulation and other preparation services if you choose. I can also provide educational information regarding the use of the placenta upon request.
